Our Rooms

The Aparthotel 1A offers 11 NON-SMOKING rooms distributed across 3 floors as follows:

 

  • Ground Floor: 2 Standard and 2 Comfort single rooms
  • First Floor: 1 Business single room, 1 Standard, and 1 Comfort double room
  • Second Floor: 1 Standard, 1 Comfort double room, and 1 Twin room
  • Top Floor: 1 Sky Studio

Please note that we do not have an elevator.

 

All rooms provide you with:

 

  • Non-smoking rooms (Additional cleaning fees will be charged in case of violation).
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Hotel-owned parking (Parking spaces cannot be reserved; there are a total of 5 spaces available. If the parking lot is full, you can also park for free on the street in designated areas).
  • Private bathrooms with a shower (except Sky Studio, which has a bathtub).
  • Small refrigerator
  • Kettle and tableware

Additionally, there is a coffee vending machine at the rear entrance of the hotel, where you can prepare fresh coffee or coffee specialties, as well as hot milk or water for a small fee. Cups or to-go cups are available at the station. If you don't have coins, you can purchase coins from us. 1 coin corresponds to 1 preparation.

  • Comfort Single Room starting at €59.00 per night*
  • Business Single Room starting at €67.00 per night*
  • Standard Double Room starting at €77.00 per night*
  • Comfort Double Room starting at €79.00 per night*
  • Twin Room starting at €80.00 per night*
  • Sky Studio starting at €86.00 per night*

The mentioned rates are per room, per night, including VAT.

Long-term bookings receive special conditions. We'd be happy to provide you with a suitable offer.

 

You can book our rooms directly with us, and an appropriate discount will be automatically applied for stays of 4 nights or more.

 

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to one week before arrival: Free of charge
  • From one week to one day before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • On the day of arrival: 80% of the total price
  • No-show and early departure: 80% of the remaining open period
